Keep your home free of coronavirus with this home sanitation checklist. Sanitize high-touch surfaces once a day while on high alert about coronavirus, especially if people are leaving and returning home. Disinfect three times daily if someone in the home is sick. Leave surface damp for 60 seconds and wipe or let it dry. Print out this disinfect and sanitize checklist for daily use. Remember, germs are good for our microbiomes and for our immune systems! She was a contributing author in Laboratory Evaluations for Integrative and Functional Medicine and Case Studies in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She has published case studies, book chapters, and journal articles about the oral microbiome, natural medicine, nutrition, laboratory testing, obesity, and osteoporosis.
